"I wasn't planning on buying a new car, but my 2008 Edge was demolished in a car accident, which forced my hand. I loved that car...and now, I love my new 2018 Edge. For someone who'd been driving a 10-year-old car, the technology is amazing! Plus, it's a pleasure to drive--it positively glides down the road. I'd been going to Tom's Ford for years to get my former Edge serviced, and I'd always had a good experience; so, it made sense to buy a new vehicle from them. The purchas...e couldn't have gone more smoothly: Vanessa Frattalone provided a quote lickety-split, Erik Cotos guided me masterfully through the entire buying experience, and Keith Ozut arranged my financing. On the day I went to finalize the deal, the Tom's Ford team was so organized that I spent less than an hour and 30 minutes at the dealership (which included making all the final arrangements and receiving 35 minutes of training from Jared Johnson and Matt Lyden on the technology of my new Edge). I got a great deal on this vehicle, too. Before I bought the car, Erik responded quickly and thoroughly to all of my questions, and he continues to check in with me post-purchase.
